Sadika Husain
Practitioner (Acupuncture)
Hi, I’m Sadika, an acupuncturist and Chinese medicine practitioner. My interest in health and complementary therapies began at a young age, thanks to early exposure to various modalities and individuals for which I am deeply grateful. These experiences nurtured my passion for holistic health and healing. Later, my own health challenges fuelled my curiosity to explore the deeper reasons behind illness and recovery. I’ve also been inspired by the healers and creatives within my family. Originally from South Africa, I now reside in Sydney, Australia, with my husband and our two children.
I hold a Bachelor of Health Science (Acupuncture) from Endeavour College of Natural Health (Sydney) and am a registered member of the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as well as the Australian Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine Association (AACMA). My areas of focus include digestive issues, fertility support and chronic disease management. I integrate evidence-based practices with insights from the greats in our field, aiming to provide compassionate and personalised care.
Many people come to acupuncture as a last resort, but I believe in its power to be a first choice. This subtle yet powerful therapy activates the body’s natural healing mechanisms. As awareness of its benefits grows, more people are realising that they don’t have to wait for the onset of illness to take charge of their health. Acupuncture offers value for preventative care, enhancing well-being and managing various health conditions. Wherever you are on your health journey, I look forward to working with you to take the next steps toward achieving your health goals.
